However, like many specialist studios, their backstage operations weren’t matching the exceptional quality of their front-stage work. The specific challenges included:
- Scattered Communication: Client bookings, private fittings, and alteration notes were managed across WhatsApp, DMs, and personal emails, making it nearly impossible to track client progress or find critical information.
- Invoicing Bottlenecks: Quotes, deposits, and final payments were handled manually. This created delays, risked errors, and slowed down cash flow, adding financial stress to a passion-driven business.
- Asset Anarchy: There was no central system to store, search, or retrieve vital assets like wig styles, colour swatches, cap construction details, or client fitting notes. Every new piece felt like starting from scratch.

- Lightweight Digital Asset Library: We designed a 'DAM-lite' system to organize their most critical assets: material swatches, cap construction templates, and private client fitting notes. It became the single source of truth, making retrieval instant and accurate.
- Standardized Aftercare Framework: We built consistent Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and templated communications for aftercare, ensuring every client receives the same clear, supportive, and dignified follow-up experience.
- Centralized Content Operations Hub: For the marketing duo, we created a simple but effective content operations hub. This central space allowed them to plan calendars, write briefs, and track campaigns without relying on ephemeral message threads.
